It's Monday again my darlings and I have some progress to report! Granted, it was 1.5 lbs this week and no inches lost to speak of, but my clothes are fitting better and I didn't work out all weekend because of the crazy heat! So I'm feeling good about it. Not to mention we had a cookout with my Dad and Dee this weekend and I really probably overdid it. So here's to a more productive week in the weight-loss department! I've got two more weeks to hit my first goal (may be a little short but that's ok) because J's family from up north is coming in for the weekend and I'll be meeting them for the first time.
I was productive at work last week, though not in the ways I'd planned on being, so I'm hoping that this week I will finish up those projects :)
I know it's a holiday week and it's tough for us to get motivated, but there are a lot of healthy options for all the parties we're going to be going to! Mixed salad with fresh fruit and low fat feta (yum!), fruit salsa with baked cinnamon chips (double yum!), and all natural fruit bars for a frozen treat!
It's going to be a great week. I can feel it.
